Established in 2016, in response to a great demand for a fitness class for women only, Brighton Kettlebelles is Brighton & Hove's only female led women's only Kettlebell fitness class.
Our classes are led by Sue Chandler, a mother who has many years experience as a group fitness instructor including Kettlebells, Zumba and Circuit training.
What can I expect?
Walk in to any Brighton Kettlebelles class and can expect to see women of all ages, shapes and sizes, all training as a group.
Classes are fun, varied, exciting and highly motivational.
Forget classes with muscle-bound blokes, sweating and grunting over heavy weights!
So if you’ve never visited us before, you can forget about big, sweaty, muscle-bound blokes grunting over heavy weights!
We know some women may feel uncomfortable and a little self-conscious, exercising in a mixed gender environment. Which is why we provide the alternative of a ladies only class. This way, you can fully enjoy your training sessions in a more relaxing environment, surrounded only by members of the same sex. It doesn’t mean that you’re prudish or nervous, it simply means that you want to feel more at ease every time you visit.
When are classes on?
Our classes are specifically scheduled in the morning at a time when mother's have dropped off kids at nursery or school, or to allow women to carry on with the rest of their day knowing they've had a good workout!
