What you can expect:
Using a tried & tested combination of high metabolic exercises & a healthy, easy to follow diet, you can finally achieve the body shape you want and feel great.
When you enrol you will have access to both our morning and evening Kettlebelles classes, as well as the Brighton Kettlebells classes in the evenings and Saturday mornings.
You also have the option to receive a Kettlebell to complete the workouts Sue teaches you in the classes. These will be e-mailed to you each week.
All we ask is that you:

2. Train at least 2 times per week either at home (using Kettlebell provided or your own), and our classes:
- Mondays: 9.30am- 10.30am- City Coast Church
- Wednesdays: 7pm- 8pm- BHASVIC
Brighton Kettlebells classes included!
- Mondays: 7.30pm- 8.30pm: BHASVIC, Dyke Road, Brighton
- Tuesdays: 8pm- 9pm: BHASVIC, Dyke Road, Brighton
- Thursdays: 8pm-9pm: St Philips Church Hall, Hove
- Saturday: 9.30am-10.30am: BHASVIC, Dyke Road, Brighton
We recommend training 3-4 times a week for maximum results!

3. Follow the prescribed diet given to you, to the letter.
The diet is easy to follow- with sample eating plans for the week and a recipe cookbook to use.
No calorie counting or complicated recipes!
You will need to submit a food diary to Sue each week- to ensure you're doing everything right.
4. Attend the Final measurements day on Weds 5th or Mon 10th Dec.
This is the day you can see how well you've done!
Expect to see some big changes to your energy levels, bodyfat and shape! See photo of Sue after doing the same diet/ training above!
After the bootcamp you will have the option to continue training with us to continue achieving great results!
